href=\"https:\/\/excelmedicalgroup.com\/zh-hans\/common-conditions\/spine-common-conditions\/backpain-lower\/\">\u8170\u75db<\/a>\uff0c\u524d\u8179\u75db\u53ca\u811a\u75fa\u5df3\u5927\u5927\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u9ab6\u9ac2\u5173\u8282\u7684\u7ed3\u6784<\/h3>\n<p>\u76d8\u9aa8\u662f\u7531\u5de6\u53f3\u9ac2\u9aa8(ilium)\u3001\u5de6\u53f3\u5750\u9aa8(ischium)\u3001\u5de6\u53f3\u803b\u9aa8(pubis)\u53ca\u9ab6\u9aa8(sacrum)\u7b49\u8fde\u7ed3\u5f62\u6210\u73af\u72b6\u7ed3\u6784(\u56fe\u4e00)\u3002\u76d8\u9aa8\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8eab\u4f53\u4e0e\u4e0b\u80a2\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u9aa8\u67b6\uff0c\u7528\u6765\u627f\u6258\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u652f\u67f1\u3002\u5728\u76d8\u9aa8\u540e\u9762\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\uff0c\u4e0e\u76d8\u9aa8\u524d\u9762\u7684\u803b\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a33\u56fa\u7684\u67b6\u6784(\u56fe\u4e8c)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u8868\u9762\u5e76\u975e\u5149\u6ed1\u4e4b\u5e73\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5448\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7684\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5176\u9762\u4e0d\u5e73\uff0c\u4f46\u9ab6\u9aa8\u548c\u9ac2\u9aa8\u7684\u51f9\u51f8\u9762\u662f\u76f8\u5d4c\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u543b\u5408\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c0f\u5e45\u5ea6\u7684\u6ed1\u52a8\u53ca\u65cb\u52a8\u3002\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u5e74\u9f84\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5173\u8282\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u4f1a\u5927\u5927\u51cf\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u662f\u9760\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u97e7\u5e26\u548c\u808c\u8089\u6765\u7a33\u56fa\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5982\u679c\u97e7\u5e26\u62c9\u4f24\u6216\u53d1\u708e\uff0c\u90a3\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u4f1a\u56e0\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u75db\u695a\u3002\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u6000\u5b55\u540e\u671f\u7684\u5987\u5973\uff0c\u4ea7\u540e\u7684\u5987\u5973(\u56e0\u53d7\u5230\u8377\u5c14\u8499\u5f71\u54cd\u800c\u4ee4\u9ab6\u9ac2\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u6d3b\u52a8\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0)\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fc7\u5ea6\u62c9\u7b4b\u7684\u4eba\u4ed5\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><img
