A young woman in her 30s has headaches, strabismus, and very high blood pressure.<\/p>\n

Magnetic resonance imaging showed a cerebral aneurysm of the left vertebral artery about to rupture.<\/p>\n

If ruptured, it will cause severe brainstem hemorrhagic stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage.<\/p>\n

Treatment<\/h4>\n

A young woman in her 30s has headaches, strabismus, and very high blood pressure.<\/p>\n

Magnetic resonance imaging showed a cerebral aneurysm of the left vertebral artery about to rupture.<\/p>\n

If ruptured, it will cause severe brainstem hemorrhagic stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Emergency minimally invasive catheter needle insertion surgery, 1 hour internal vascular treatment, implantation of blood bypass stents to divert blood into fragile cerebral aneurysms, prevent aneurysm rupture and repair blood vessels<\/p>\n

Symptoms resolved after the operation and discharged after 2 days<\/p>\n
