A 46-year-old male cyclist fell and caused a fracture of the occipital condyle of the skull and injury of the cervical spine C1-2 ligament<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Both his head and cervical spine are unstable, and his arm is temporarily numb due to cervical nerve damage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
