A young woman in her 30s has headaches, strabismus, and very high blood pressure.

Magnetic resonance imaging showed a cerebral aneurysm of the left vertebral artery about to rupture.

If ruptured, it will cause severe brainstem hemorrhagic stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Treatment

If ruptured, it will cause severe brainstem hemorrhagic stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Emergency minimally invasive catheter needle insertion surgery, 1 hour internal vascular treatment, implantation of blood bypass stents to divert blood into fragile cerebral aneurysms, prevent aneurysm rupture and repair blood vessels

Symptoms resolved after the operation and discharged after 2 days
